Greater New Life Ministries

Evangelist Karen Merriweather is one of our elders at Greater New Life who strive endlessly to carry out the God given vision of Dr. Billy & First Lady Leticia Johns. She has been with the church since the first historic worship service of Greater New Life. Karen is also the head of our women's ministry, which continues to strengthen women in becoming God-fearing for His kingdom.

Karen joined Greater New Life in 1994. It was through this ministry that she accepted Jesus Christ as Lord & Saviour of her life. Karen was baptized at an early age, but did not understand what it meant to be saved. Shortly there after Karen received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and she states that, "I haven’t been the same since." Karen is married to Bro. Marvin Merriweather. One of Karen favorite quotes is "To God be the Glory".
