Greater New Life Ministries

It is a privilege and an honor for Mary Johns-McGarity to serve the Lord.  She looks forward to that day when her Father will say, “Well done my good and faithful servant.”  Mary is a blessed and proud member of Greater New Life Christian Church.  Mary’s husband and she are the leaders of our Young Adult ministry, and she is one of the leaders of our contemporary gospel group, “Images of Christ”.  She also enjoys working with “Ordained Praise” which is a group of small children that love to praise dance. 

Mary is the second to the eldest daughter of Bishop, Dr. Billy Johns and Associate Pastor &First Lady Leticia Johns.  Her parents mean the world to her because without their prayers, she would not be where she is today.  Mary is so grateful and blessed to have parents that have always shown her through their daily lives on how to live as a Christian.  She has never met people like her parents that love people unconditionally and they help, give and sacrifice to do God’s will.  They are always thinking of others and working hard for God and His people. 

Mary loves to spend time with her family and loves to sing for the Lord.  She is so blessed to be a part of a family singing group.  Mary loves to exercise, research natural herbal remedies, and is so excited for what God is doing in our ministry.  Mary thanks God for a church of genuine love.
