Minister Bobby Charles, the son of Pastors Robert & Esther Charles of Heavenly Gates Family Worship Center in Runge, TX, is the Youth Minister and Director of Music at Greater New Life Christian Church in Taylor, TX under the leadership of Bishop, Dr. Billy Johns, and First Lady, Leticia Johns.  He is the husband of Jennifer Johns-Charles, the daughter of Bishop and First Lady Johns.  Minister Bobby and Jennifer Charles are the proud parents of Billy Ray Robert Johns Charles.  Minister Charles is also the keyboard player and music director in “Images of Christ”, a contemporary gospel group consisting of the Bishop and First Lady Johns’ six daughters. 

Minister Charles accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a very young age.  He has a love for singing praises unto the Lord, and through the gifting of the Holy Spirit, he learned how to play the piano, guitar, and drums starting at the age of 13.  He is an anointed writer and composer, and he is currently in the studio with “Images of Christ” recording their first CD.  Minister Charles is a dynamic youth speaker and teacher.
